How we live
How we feel

Nesara Living approaches residential development through the experience of the people who will live in a home. We believe wellbeing belongs in ordinary moments: preparing breakfast, spending time with someone, finding a quiet place at the end of a day.

That belief gives design a practical task. A room should support the life that takes place within it, with attention to how it connects, what it invites you to do and how it feels to use.

Our work brings together the scale of development and the intimacy of an interior. Decisions about the site, the relationship between spaces and the materials you encounter are considered as parts of a whole.

Morii, our collection of apartment homes and villas in Salvador do Mundo, North Goa, gives this approach a particular setting. Its design draws on the village landscape and the possibilities of daily life within it.

The Nesara philosophy

Five ways
of thinking

These ideas help us ask better questions of a home. Each one connects an intention for living with decisions about the space itself.

Connect

Make gathering easy

A home gives people many small opportunities to be together. The relationship between a kitchen, a table and the adjoining rooms can make conversation part of what is already happening.

At Morii, the kitchen counter and dining setting make room for company while a meal is being prepared. Gathering begins with the everyday.

Balance

Give rooms different roles

Time together and time alone both belong at home. We consider spaces for conversation alongside rooms that allow someone to withdraw, rest or follow their own rhythm.

Morii’s bedroom designs use a quieter palette and soft fabrics, while the dining spaces are arranged around a shared table. Each setting has a different purpose.

Reflect

Leave room for yourself

A place to pause need not be a separate room. A seat beside a window can become somewhere to read, gather your thoughts or simply watch the light change.

Sunrooms and window-side seating are part of the Morii design studies. They give these quieter moments a considered place in the home.

Nourish

Design for daily use

Cooking and eating are recurring acts of care. Their spaces deserve attention to how they feel and how they are used, from preparing a meal to sitting down together.

Morii’s kitchen and dining designs consider the counter, cabinetry, seating and table as parts of the same daily experience.

Immerse

Engage the senses

A room is experienced through touch, light, sound and air as well as sight. Materials with different grains and textures give the surroundings depth; openings connect them to the world outside.

The Morii palette brings limestone and timber together with rattan, jute and wicker. Daylight and natural ventilation are considered alongside these material choices.

Putting it into practice

Many hands, a shared brief

Development, architecture and interior design meet in the decisions behind a home. At Morii, Saransh Seth Architects leads architecture and interiors. Our work involves coordinating the design brief, material choices and the realities of the site with the project team.

A material affects more than the appearance of a room. It meets other finishes, responds to light and becomes something a person touches each day.

Reviewing those relationships means moving between the overall design and the individual detail. That work sits alongside approvals, budgets and construction coordination.

Carrying an intention through a project requires the people responsible for different parts of it to keep working from a shared understanding.
